The Comunidades de regantes in the Spanish Water Law

Abstract

The present work analyzes the legal framework of the comunidades de regantes in Spanish Law, paying particular attention to the different types existing and their elements. A brief presentation of the transfer of rights to the exclusive use of water transfer contract is also made in order to determine how can those comunidades use it.
