The Reorganization of the Andalusian Public Sector

Abstract

After a rough start, law 1/2001 of 17 February, rearrangement of the public sector in Andalusia, is the most comprehensive reform of the administration of the Junta de Andalucía since its inception. This work aims to make a contribution to the necessary doctrinal debate about developments arising from Act No. 1 of 2001 and, in particular on the new mode of business public agencies and the staff of the same regime.
