These pages aim to analyze the configuration of the institutional structure of the competition policy in Andalusia, with the new appearance of the Andalusian Agency for the Defense of Competition (ADCA). As Law 15/2007, of July 3, modifies the institutional framework of the State, extinguishing the Court and the Defense Service of Competition and creating an independent Administration as is the National Competition Commission, it is also advisable to make a comparative analysis of similarities and discrepancies between the Andalusian model and the state model.
