Abstract

The authors structure this work in six distinct parts: The first, "General Provisions"; the second "Particular Provisions"; Third and Fourth Part are dedicated to fiscal and labor regulations respectively; Part Five an exhaustive and complete list of instruments of an international nature; finally, in the Sixth Part an interesting review of jurisprudence, major and minor, is organized according to the different institutes that compose this matter, and which covers from the first pronouncements of our Courts of Justice to the most recent ones.
