Abstract

Obligatory work for all those who want to have a modern, balanced, legal perspective, regardless of the redundancy of the Law. The main issues of Administrative Law are dealt clearly, critically, with realism and, above all, from an orientation based in the best tradition of jurisprudence and in the search for justice in the cases. Who today wants to know the new challenges, the new paradigms on which the Administrative Law is based, must read this little great book that, at least to me, has allowed me to have a good time and, above all, renew the commitment to justice, with critical thinking and plural thinking, three elements that only teachers are able to convey in their words and writings.
