Abstract

Human beings live surrounded by technology and develop our activities using the advances that science provides us. Our lives are so subordinate to technology that we would find Impossible to live otherwise. The bewilderment of Leviathan, the last work Professor ESTEVE, invites us to meditate on how scientific and technological advances place the Law in a compromised and disconcerting situation: to have to make decisions in matters with high scientific and technician content, overflowing the legal knowledge.
