Abstract

In the last few years, Public Administrations are adopting hitherto unheard–of administrative procedures in order to develop positive actions for the aid of vulnerable social groups. Such is the case of the social dimension that law is about to introduce in public sector recruitment to favour the inclusion of disabled people. In addition to benefiting the acquisition of goods, products and services for the public sector, the Spanish Law on Public Sector Contracts aims to initiate a new course as a social cohesion instrument.
