The final debate of the Andalusian Local Autonomy Law

Abstract

On May 26 the Plenary of the Chamber approved the regulating Law of the Andalusian Local Autonomy, which would be published in the BOJA on June 23. About to finish his parliamentary procedure, the scenario in which the debate of the bill would be celebrated was marked by the meager reception that - in the opinion of the opposition groups - had the numerous amendments that they had presented, in such a way that the text submitted in their day for the Governing Council had only undergone transformations relevant on the occasion of the approval of amendments made by the own socialist group.
