The marinas count a new frame fruit of a legislative and juriprudential rich labor in the last twenty years. The regime of the dealirship is one of the most refined aspects. In the paper there is analyzed the above mentioned regime, which is constructed from an integrated application of the diverse regulation that converges in the matter (ports, coasts, contracts).
