The unprecedented case of the not Assigned Deputy in the Andalusian Parliament

Abstract

On December 15, 2003 the Andalusian Parliament approved a reform of its Regulation in which a new figure was integrated, the"not assigned" parliamentarian (today already quite common in the autonomous parliamentary law). In the brief statement of motives that led the text were indicated the concrete concerns that motivated the incorporation of this hitherto unprecedented figure.
