Abstract

To analyze this intervention of the General State Administration to through its sectorial competencies in the legal planning of urban planning, the author takes as a starting point the regulation of the state public domain and focuses on the mechanisms available to the State to influence in urban planning. Thus, he studies the maritime-terrestrial public domain (chapter II), the public port domain (chapter III) and the public road domain (chapter IV).
