Abstract

In the meeting held on December 20, 2010, the Standing Commission of the Consultative Council of Andalusia approved the Opinion requested by a nourished group of Town Halls due to the understanding that Law 9/2010, of July 30, on Waters for Andalusia, seriously damages the local autonomy constitutionally guaranteed.
