Actions for streamlining justice in the social jurisdictional order

Abstract

In the present study there is realized an analysis of the current situation of the social jurisdiction and of the means used to relieve the serious consequences of the economic crisis in the number of matters which knowledge corresponds to this order of the jurisdiction. There are examined the results obtained with the implantation of the means of extrajudicial solution of the labor conflicts, the procedural means of avoidance of the procedure, the attribution of competitions to other jurisdictional orders, the measures are outlined implanted to improve his functioning, as the implantation of the new judicial office, the promotion of the use of telematic means and finally, there are approached the procedural reforms that are studied in the bosom of the plan of modernization of the justice.
