Abstract

The transposition of the Services Directive has brought about a change of approach in the administrative control of private activities. Among its most outstanding is the partial elimination of two types of controls, the preventive ones and the individual authorization schemes, that are not equivalent and therefore not necessarily coincident. This article examines the cases of responsible declarations and previous communications introduced in the Law of Andalusia in the context of the transposition phase and after it.
