Abstract

The object of this study is the analysis of the conditions to be part of the administrative process, that is, the capacity to be a party and to appear in court, which are necessary and prior to legitimization. To this end, the general regulation carried out by the LEC is taken into account, which recognizes the capacity of physical and legal persons, and other non-personified structures, and determines to whom corresponds in each case the appearance in court, and its consequences for the contentious-administrative order.
