Precautionary measures are important because of their importance. In the field of health, they are particularly valuable because they can compromise not only the quality of life of citizens, but also the possibility of affecting such a basic right.
Medicines, medical devices, health centres, services and establishments, e-Health, etc., are the subject of preferential attention, and a detailed assessment and weighting of the competing interests is essential.
The purpose of this work is to analyse the elements that converge and their operation. Their presence is not quantitatively numerous due to a magnificent system of authorisation, early detection, surveillance and alert. However, qualitatively, its relevance is extraordinary. Especially in the case of very provisional precautionary measures.
