This study makes a start on a practical vision of the procedural relations between legal cases which, due of their own features or the circumstances of the initiation of different proceedings in different courts, pool elements involving Administrative Law as well as Criminal Law. This reality requires a proper coordination of the mechanisms our legal system consider, and, at the same time, the implementation of new regulatory techniques to guarantee not only the rights of the accused and other actors but also the most efficient judicial decision. Some judicial pronouncements show us how our courts deal with the situation and how the issues are resolved; in this sense, the following study presents a compendium encompassing the above debate.
