Abstract

Evaluación de políticas públicasLast 20th march 2017 was the 10th anniversary of the Andalusian Statute of Autonomy. Its article 138 gives the mandate to the Parliament to rule a Public Policy Evaluation system by law. This mandate has not been developed yet but the Andalusian government has scheduled to do it for 2019. Because of that this paper tries to analyze the diverse dimensions and authorities dealing already with the public policy evaluation at the state and autonomy administration. In addition, the paper explores the possibility of integrate systematically the public policy evaluation with the public spending control and the political and social scrutiny of the work of the government.
