by which the appeal filed by the Junta de Andalucía is estimated and the State is condemned to pay 17.101.544,82 euros for outstanding amounts derived from the liquidation of the Guadalquivir water management agreement

Abstract

This remark is written in order to analysis the case arraigned by the Judgment of the Supreme Court dated September 26, 2016 as an example of facts of issues between the State and the Government of Andalusia in the settlements of their legal relationships about to the way of funding the management of the river Guadalquivir.
