Abstract

The two fundamental questions on which the author reflects are the conceptual reflections on Administration and Administrative Law in the general context of the process, already warned decades ago by Professor Clavero, who calls himself an escape from administrative law, and the convulsions in the constitutional framework of the Spanish State constitutionally defined as a democratic constitutional state.
