Abstract

This collective work compiles the investigations carried out within the framework of a research project whose objective has been to offer a document that be useful for the discussion topics, as well as for the search and development of instruments that may be useful to the sustainable development objectives of our cities. No doubt, it succeeds, since contains thirteen chapters where a complete tour is made, addressing, not only from the perspective legal but also from other disciplines such as sociology, economics, political science, the different public policies aimed at achieving called sustainable development.
