The Law proposal of modification of Law 3/2005, of April 8, on incompatibilities of senior officials of the Andalusian Board

Abstract

The intense activity shown in this legislature by parliamentary groups of opposition in the matter of legislative initiative has had a new and remarkable manifestation in the month of October 2015, with the presentation by the deputies of the popular group of a Proposal of Law relative to the modification of the Law 3/2005, of April 8, on Incompatibilities of Junta de Andalucía senior officials and Declaration of Activities, Assets and Interests and Remuneration of High Charges and other Public Charges.
