The Andalusian Parliament through its regulations

Abstract

The April 16, 2015 the X Legislature of the Andalusian Parliament began. More than three decades since its start up, there have been many changes in the institution, both as regards their organization and operation. Starting from the indisputable importance of the parliamentary rules and other relevant regulations of the parliamentary origin, this paper is conceived as an “introspective” study of the Andalusian Parliament through successive reforms that directly or indirectly its regulation has undergone. All in order to appreciate through the presentation and analysis of those, the evolution of the camera in the prescriptive level from its origins until the present day.
