The education and its legal regulation. Need for changes

Abstract

The initial aim is to clarify the educational model in Spain. To observe the actual situation of education, the social and political context and I wonder me different issues that everyone talks but I understand require an extensive legal perspective : the problems of education are not so much or only education but of its overall regulatory framework. We carry out a legal analysis of the Education Act after the last reform carried out by “Law” Wert “ and detect major institutional and legal bankruptcy , what I draw my conclusions.
