Abstract

Latin American studies on concessions and public-private participation (to the latter term refer to the acronym PPP) is a book positioned on these nerve topics for the good progress of contemporary societies, issues currently located which headlines of the first press page in the legal-public debate global. The work is the result of the work of a group of authors dedicated to research of the administrative concession and public-private collaboration as a scenario in which that is debated.
