The annulment by final judgment of a general act due to the expiration of the procedure deprives the subsequent appeals against the same act.
The Judgment of October 14, 2014 of the First Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Spanish Supreme Court, reiterates its criterion in order to the abnormal termination of the administrative contentious process for the eventual loss of its legal object when the contested administrative action is annulled in another judicial proceeding.
