Andalucía Report 2005

Abstract

The present Chronicle, prepared with the collaboration of Juan Antonio Carrillo Donaire, has been published in the Autonomous Communities Report in 2005. This is a report published since 1989 by the Institute of Public Law of Barcelona and is sponsored by thw whole of Autonomous Communities, among them the one of Andalusia. The work always reflects, in a timely and systematic way, the political, legislative and administrative history of each Autonomous Community and, in short, the so-called State of Autonomies as a whole, as well as monographic studies of notable news and interest.

The closing date of the chronicles is December 31 of the reference year. For this reason, no facts happened after the dat are documented. We produce here, without any alteration, the text that appeared in indicated Report -with authorization from the Institute-.
