The work is divided into two distinct parts, but with the added value of networking, a novel and original approach, as Professor Martín Rebollo points out in the prologue.
In the first part, the most recent European and Spanish jurisprudence on sustainable development is analyzed in detail, both from the perspective of Human Rights, as well as public and private law, in areas ranging from criminal to civil law without forgetting the contentious-administrative.
The second part focuses on the reflection of the requirement of sustainability in different public policies and it is worth noting the exhaustive identification of bibliographic sources in all its chapters, which will be appreciated by any reader encouraged to deepen from the suggestive reading.
