The measures contained in Decree-Law 7/2014, May 20

Abstract

It analyzes the Decree-Law 7/2014, to May 20, through the Council of Government of the Junta de Andalucia lays down certain measures to carry out the reform introduced by the local law 27/2013, of December 27 of rationalization and sustainability of the local administration. It highlights the peculiar system of the sources of the local regime from the Estatuto de Autonomíapara Andalucía approved by Ley orgánica2/2007, March 19 and from there it is analyzed the impact of the reform on the same and the measures that the Junta de Andalucia has established for the exercise of the new skills different from one’s own, and of the powers conferred by delegation, as well as the regime of adaptation of certain financial cooperation instruments.
