The validation of Decree Law 7/2014, of May 20, concerning the Application of Local Reform in Andalusia

Abstract

In the same session in which the Plenary approved the Transparency Law of Andalusia with the support of all groups Parliamentarians,  the validation of Decree Law 7/2014 was launched, which establishes urgent measures for the application of Law 27/2013, of December 27, on rationalization and sustainability of the Local Administration. A Decree Law whose relevance it can hardly be exaggerated, given its impact on the functioning of Andalusian municipalities in general and, particularly, in the continuity of certain municipal social services considered as basic until the date.
