Abstract

Less than a year ago this so-called “Manual of the Basic Public Employment"  was published, a collective work prepared by three university professors, three jurists Administrativists of the Universities of Almeria and Cordoba. Weather Enough time, not only to perform a first evaluation of the scientific innovation that, where appropriate, could represent the new academic work in the legal teaching literature, but also to approximate the results and the impact of the work on the university community to which it was directed.
