Public sector reform has been and continues to be a subject of intense debate. The current problem, as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) points out, is “how to organize the public sector in such a way that it can adapt to new social demands and needs without losing coherence with respect to the global strategy or the continuity of the governance values? ». This book deals with matters with the conviction that there are no absolute truths and that the maturation of these ideas are the ones that will finally come more accurately to solve many of the problems that the Spanish Administration still has today.
