Budgets and fiscal discipline

The budget law has almost put an end to a legislature that has been marked by the deep economic crisis, which, although European in scope, has had a spatial impact among us. And, logically, the processing of the budget law was obviously conditioned by the debate that had taken root in the political scene since the vertiginous reform of art. 135 CE carried out the months of July and August. Constitutional reform that, as it has been repeatedly argued, had the Franco-German summit of August 16 as an immediate trigger, which would have resulted in the conmination to certain States to accelerate the incorporation to the highest internal regulatory level of the fiscal commitments assumed in the within the European Union.
