Abstract

The book is developed in three chapters. The first focuses directly on Autonomous state as a whole, highlighting in particular the mismatches attributable to the distribution of competences and their territorial impact; the second, the larger one, develops four stories in which the enormous difficulty for achieve coherent public action in relation to nuclear waste stores, the laying of power lines, the legal regime of the natural spaces and of the waters. Finally, a third chapter that afirmthat   where there is no loyalty the confusion arises.
