Legislative review of the General provisions of the Junta de Andalucía

Abstract

It includes a selection of norms with legal status of law and general provisions of the Junta de Andalucía published in the BOJA (Offical Gazzete of the Andalusian Autonomous Community) during the third four months of 2011 (September- Decemberl). Since there have been many norms with the rank of Law approved by the Junta de Andalucía in this period, we will focus on the comments and, for reasons of extension of this chronicle, we will only comment on the most significant decrees of the analyzed period.
