Abstract

Important monograph on the significance and practical effects of the numerous legal reforms of Law 30/2007, today repealed by the current consolidated text of the Public Sector Contract Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of November 14th (BOE nº 276, of November 16th). Given the nature of this last provision, the assessments and criteria of GIMENO FELIU are fully valid when judging the current consolidated text.
