Abstract

Public management of food risk is characterized by incorporating actions that directly or indirectly carry adverse consequencese for the professionals of this sector. The basis and scope of administrative power actions within the risk analysis system it is not properly settled, because a regulatory deficit is perfectly palpable and a deficit of jurisdictional protection in the current intervention of Public powers in the matter.
