About the need and opportunity of the statutory reform

Abstract

This paper does not intend to use or even give an explanation of the extensive bibliography on the existing subject matter. Simply, try to discover, in light of some readings, the reasons for that certain frustration and the problems of constitutional order that arouse some of the alternatives proposed today to overcome it. It also incorporates some considerations about the timeliness of statutory reform.
