Abstract

This text will comment on the Judgments of the Spanish Supreme Court of July 23rd and 24th, 2012, which have endorsed the performance of the Autonomous Communities of Cantabria and Andalusia in relation to the funding of private schools that separate the student body by sex, estimating that they cannot have a public support.
