Regulatory news on housing protected in Andalusia

special reference to Housing and Land Municipal Plans

Abstract

The politics of housing is narrowly linked to the politics of soil. It is a duty of the Administration to establish a politics of residential soil that it allows to attend to the markets more unbalanced persons, increasing the accessibility to the housing of the most disadvantaged groups and guaranteeing the production of protected housing.

In this context the modification realized by the Law 2/2012, of January 30, in the article 10.1. A) .b) of the Law of Urban development Arrangement of Andalusia. Respecting the minimum of reservation of soil of 30 % of the residential edificabilidad for the construction of protected housing, it has contemplated expressly its increase linking it to the determinations that there contains the correspondent Municipal Plan of Housing and Soil, an essential instrument for the attainment of the efficiency of the constitutional and statutory right of access to a worthy, suitable housing and of quality.
