Abstract

A total of four volumes in which the statutory precepts are comprehensively analyzed, distributed as follows: the first volume addresses the study of what we might consider the dogmatic part of the Statute, that is, the Preamble, the Preliminary Title ( Articles 1-11) and Title I. “Social Rights, Duties and Public Policies” (articles 12-41). The second volume includes comments on Titles II "Competencies" and III. “Territorial organization” (articles 42-98). The third volume is intended for the institutional organization thus covering Title IV. “Institutional organization of the Autonomous Community” and V. “The Judiciary in Andalusia” (articles 98-155). Finally, the last volume is the least homogeneous thematically collecting the commentary to the precepts of Titles VI "Economy, Finance and Employment", VII. "Environment", VIII. "Social Media", IX. “Institutional Relations of the Autonomous Community” and X. “Reform of the Statute” (articles 156-250) as well as the five Additional Provisions, the two Transitory Provisions, the Derogatory Provision and the three final Provisions.
