The parliamentary processing of the decree-law 6/2013, of measures to ensure compliance of the social role of housing

Abstract

This regulations comes to modify Law 1/2010, of March 8, that regulates the right to housing in Andalusia, but which, conceived at a very different juncture, part of a much more ambitious philosophy than the one that inspired this one. In fact, the impact of this Decree-Law not only overflowed the regional borders to reach the State as a whole, but its incidence was even noted at European Union level, given the fear that it could have negative effects on a banking sector whose survival depends on European financial support.
