Revista Andaluza de Administración Pública's purpose is the research, analysis and dissemination of legal sources and activities related to the public administration of the autonomous community of Andalusia (Spain), not excluding studies or documentation related to other powers, institutions, or problems of this autonomous community or other public administrations for their impact on the scope of interests of the Junta de Andalucía.
The journal is published in Spanish, and the website's English version includes abstracts of the papers published in Spanish.
DECLARATION OF ORIGINALITY
Manuscripts must be original, not previously published or under review in any other scientific journal or media outlet. Regarding originality of content and presentation, the following requirements must be met:
• Originality (totally original, valuable confirmation, no repetition of known results).
• Topicality and newness.
• Relevancein its double aspect of usefulness (applicability of the results to solve specific problems) and significance (advancement of scientific knowledge).
• Reliability and scientific validity, that is, verified methodological quality.
• Presentation: good wording (clarity, brevity, precision), good arrangement (logical coherence) and good material presentation.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
Submitting a manuscript to the journal for publication implies acceptance of all the conditions specified in its editorial policy. The journal's editorial board is not responsible for the results, statements, opinions and points of view held by the authors in their various forms and modalities of participation in the journal. The following information must also be reported:
• Authorship and contributions: If there are several authors, they all must have participated sufficiently in the paper, assume responsibility for at least one of the parts comprising the paper, identify the persons responsible for each of the other parts, and trust the capacity and integrity of those with whom they share authorship.
• Conflict of interest: Authors must declare any potential professional, personal, financial or other conflict of interest that could influence the content of their paper. If the manuscript or part of its content has been previously published in any media outlet, this must be reported to the journal's editorial board, providing a copy of the publication.
• Funding: If a public or private institution has partially or fully funded your manuscript, this must be stated both in the presentation letter and in the text of the manuscript, in a footnote.
• Permissions for reproduction of Archival or published material: It is the authors' responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions for the reproduction of any material protected by copyright or reproduction rights, as well as the written authorization from the institutions that hold documents included in the paper.
Submissions for the upcoming issue 199, January-June 2025, have closed and are being reviewed.
Issue 120 will be a monographic issue dedicated to the VI Andalusian Journal of Public Administration Conference on PATRIMONIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, to be held on June 26 and 27, 2025.
