Abstract

The date of March 14 truly marks a before and after in the future of this Autonomous Community. All the general features that we can induce what happened in 2004 come to converge in the milestone of the comfortable triumph of the PSOE in both elections. From this one fact disappears as if by magic the sustained tension between the State and the Junta de Andalucía during the eight years (two legislatures) governed by the President of the Government Mr. Aznar.
