Comment to the Order of the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court of October 27, 2005

Abstract

First, an study of the rules that regulate the legal representation on trials of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and the place where the acts of judicial communication that should be practiced with the mentioined Autonomous Administration, and then examine the applicability to it of the provisions of article 151.2 of the Civil Procedure Law, applicable to the contentious-administrative process ex final disposition (1st) of the Regulating Law of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
