The standardization of food grade and its regulation

This papers examines the regulation of the concept of doof grade in ISO standards based on the generic concept of what is currently understood as quality in production and in agri-food industry. Includes an analysis of risks control and critical points as well as the regulatory plans in the field of agri-food quality (international, European and national), and finally concludes with the analysis of a establishment project on quality management.
