The purpose of Revista Andaluza de Administración Pública (RAAP) is the investigation, analysis and dissemination of legal sources and activities related to the public administration of the autonomous community of Andalusia (Spain), not excluding studies or documentation related to other powers, institutions, or problems of the autonomous community or other public administrations for their impact on the scope of interests of the Junta de Andalucía.

JOURNAL SECTIONS
RAAP currently has the following sections:
EDITORIAL PROCESS AND REVIEW
First, an editorial review is conducted, which, among other things, assesses whether the submitted manuscript fits within the thematic scope covered by the journal and whether it may be of interest to readers. This is followed by a double-blind scientific review conducted by two external reviewers, both of whom will be experts in the field, following the instructions established in RAAP's internal operating regulations (BOJA of May 31, 2023). Based on the evaluation results, the editorial board will provide a reasoned decision on whether to publish the paper and in which section of the journal.
Finally, if the paper is selected, it will be laid out, and the authors may correct any typos in the galley proofs, excluding substantial changes. The entire editorial process will be carried out on the website used for the comprehensive digital management of the journal's publication process.
(See Arbitration and review system)
ETHICAL RESPONSABILITIES OF THE AUTHORS
The authors undertake to respect the evidence and not to modify the original data to verify or refute the initial hypotheses. They accept that the submitted manuscripts are original and acknowledge the authorship of the sources used in the study. By submitting a manuscript, the author declares that its essential content has not been published and will not be published in any other work or journal while it is under evaluation. The authors agree to include all researchers who have contributed to the study in the paper.
SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS
It is important to ensure that the manuscripts comply with all the elements indicated in the submission preparation checklist.
CITATIONS AND BIBLIOGRAPHICAL REFERENCES
The journal's regulations establish the detailed format in the Author guidelines.
However, in order to improve the indexing of the journal and of all the authors cited, citations and bibliographical references must stick to the format established by the APA version 7, as defined in its Style and Grammar Guidelines (https://apastyle.apa.org/).
It is also very important to include the DOI identifier of those references that have one. A DOI search tool is available at the following address: http://search.crossref.org/references. Failure to include DOI identifiers in references may result in rejection.
With the purpose of facilitating the preparation of bibliographic references for articles, RAAP offers the following examples of references following the APA style:
